ATS is attending this year's Essen Motor Show with three world premieres and providing an impressive perspective of wheel trends for the season in 2012.
From 26th November until 4th December, Essen will once again be the Mecca of the tuning and accessories scene. In Hall 2, Stand 222 of the Essen Motor Show, with the TEMPERAMENT, the FlowForming CROSSLIGHT wheel and the high-end TWINLIGHT forging wheel, ATS will be presenting professionals and visitors with three absolute world premieres.
Bad Dürkheim/Essen, October 2011: the Essen Motor Show – for many years the annual highlight for tuning fans and car enthusiasts and also a compulsory part of the ATS programme. As one of the leading producers of alloy wheels, for ATS, the Essen Motor Show isn't only the annual end of season event, it is also the start of the next season, as in Essen, the specialists from Bad Dürkheim traditionally present their latest wheel creations. This year ATS is once again providing an overview of the trends for 2012. There is a lot to find out on stand number 222 in hall 2. Among others, this year, ATS will be launching three stunning world premieres: the ATS TEMPERAMENT, the ATS CROSSLIGHT and the ATS TWINLIGHT. All are single piece high tech wheels that are 'Made in Germany' which underline the leading role of ATS with their attractive design, refined manufacturing technologies and special surface coatings.
With the TEMPERAMENT design, ATS continues to meet the still strong demand for the sporty SUV. It is in this class of vehicle in particular that the boulevard-grey wheel has been designed. The latest creation by ATS will be available through well-stocked specialist retailers at the beginning of next year - and in three sizes from 18 to 20 inches, at prices starting from 225 Euros.
The two other world premieres which ATS will present for the first time to both the media and a wide public audience are intended for use on sports vehicles and super sports cars.
With the CROSSLIGHT, ATS is bringing the visuals of traditional motor racing cars onto the road. The production of the CROSSLIGHT is also based on the technology of the alloy wheels which are used in motor racing. The FlowForming procedure that has been refined by ATS makes it possible to manufacture alloy wheels that are both extremely light as well as highly stable.
With the TWINLIGHT, ATS is going one step further. This high-end wheel is manufactured in a sophisticated forging procedure and fulfils the highest aspirations in terms of weight and stability.
ATS will be unveiling further information on the CROSSLIGHT and TWINLIGHT designs exclusively at the Essen Motor Show.
